Keeping the Site Correct

I am always looking for help with keeping my site up to date and correct. If you see any information that isn't up to date or is incorrect e-mail me right away about the issue. I will change it accordingly. As customers, you go through this site more then me and I could really use your help for you and other members who come through the site. I thank you in advance.

Pre-order Price Guarantee

If you purchase a pre-order and the price decreases before release date you will be refunded the difference when it is shipped or released. This is to help make sure that if you want a movie that you will get the lowest price, so you wont be scared the price of a pre-order will go down later. You will also not be charged more if the price increases on a pre-order.

Blu-ray Condition

All items are new and sealed unless stated in the price as (Used). If it is used it will give a description on the top of the blu-rays description. (click on the item to view the description) Here are some basics to follow when reading the condition of the blu-ray:

  • Perfect Condition - Meaning that the case looks like it just came out of the wrapper with no flaws.
  • Mint Condition - Meaning the only wear is just normal wear over time, like small surface scratches on the case or the plastic cover looking slightly faded from rubbing up against other cases.
  • Very Good - Meaning there is a small nick, mark on the case. Whatever the issue it will be specified in the description.
  • Poor - Larger issues that can't be fixed, like creases in the artwork or maybe the UPC cut out; otherwise all issues that are fixable are usually replaced.

Any blu-ray case that I feel is in bad condition I replace with a new or mint case. I also clean discs before I send them out. Remember even if there is a scratch on the disc the blu-ray disc will play. I have seen bad issues and the disc still play, it's quite remarkable.

Q & A

Why is there no add to cart button under a items picture like the rest?

The reason is there are multiple prices for that item. An item may have two new prices or a used price associated with that blu-ray. If you click on the item you will see at the bottom where you add the item to your cart that there are other options to choose from. A used item will have a description of the condition.

What does TBA mean?

TBA means "To Be Announced." This means for that category that there is no information yet, but there will be in the future. This usually is only on pre-orders and if it is on a non-pre-order contact me and I will fix it or give you an answer of why there is no information yet.

Why is the price of an item $9,999.00?

This means that the item is temporarily out of stock or an issue with the item. If you would like a price on it, e-mail me and I can give you one or explain the reason; however if this item is on a steelbook, limited or exclusive blu-ray this usually means I just don't have one at the moment. You can still ask for a price, but I may not be able to find one.

If it's not on your site do you still sell it?

Yes, I sell all blu-ray releases released in the US and special blu-rays released in other countries. If an item shows that it is unavailable, just ask for a specific price of that item and I can get you a price.

Will you send me other items besides blu-rays?

Yes, I send any items worldwide. I know you can't get everything everywhere, so e-mail me with what you would like. I have done anything from custom wheels for video games, video games, and figurines. To pay for shipping I wait until I receive it to figure out the best way to ship it to you with, and exact shipping, no more!

When I have 3 to seven items (or more) in my cart how is my shipping more then the $12 dollar special?

Paypal is not smart enough to decifer this, so it just calculates the shipping normally through the shipping discount of each item. Feel free to checkout on your own and I will refund you the money for the overage on shipping. If you feel to get the exact amount right away or can't checkout feel free to contact me with the list of blu-rays you would like to purchase and I will create an invoice through Paypal for the items and the correct shipping. All I will need is the e-mail address associated with your Paypal account to send it.

What does the ? mean for the region code?

That means that the blu-ray has yet to be tested. All of my discs are region A, as they are from the US (unless noted), so if you have a region A player this doesn't matter. With the ? you can determine if it may be region free still by visiting the Region Code page and look to see the studios past and the likelyhood it will be region A or region free. I may also write next to the ?, like (Says Region Free on the back cover, but no test yet). I am stating what it says on the back which may or may not be accurate and that is why I put it next to it as it has yet to be tested. It is more likely correct on the back, but may not be. If you see this on a non-pre-order, let me know as there may be a test for it and I just havn't updated it yet.
